Round Slings
We manufacture a wide range of polyester roundslings in both standard and bespoke specifications.
The characteristics of our round slings offer exceptional flexibility, allowing
them to adapt to irregular loads. These slings have a low weight-to-strength
ratio when compared to conventional chain and wire alternatives.
BS EN 1492 Compliant. Our standard range of seamless round slings use a high quality, tightly woven single cover, enclosing a load bearing core of high tenacity polyester yarn.
- Manufactured from high tenacity polyester fibre, protected by a durable polyester tubing.
- Slings are easily identifiable with colour codes and ID numbers.
- Stripes and colour codes denote W.L.L.
- W.L.L. from 1 tonne up to 200 tonne, lengths from 250mm to 65 metres E.W.L.
- Heavy duty round slings available from 20 tonne W.L.L. have a heavy duty, diagonal weave sleeve, which gives enhanced abrasion resistance.
- Available with a variety of different types of wear sleeves for added protection.
- Special double-ply cover round slings available from 1 to 8 tonne W.L.L
Assemblies
We can combine our round slings with a wide range of lifting components and also make two, three and four leg round sling assemblies.
Accessories
We have the capability to produce a variety of wear sleeves designed for the protection of slings, all tailored to meet customer specifications. These sleeves can be customized in terms of structure, offered in either one or two parts, with the
option of including velcro attachments based on your preference. Moreover, we can accommodate specific size requirements, ensuring a bespoke solution that aligns
perfectly with your needs.
Dyneema HMPE Slings
